    Super professional, responsive and wonderful back patio shade!! We've had this for about a year and LOVE it!! I had ****** and **** come out today for an "annual check up" to make sure all is working well - they were both wonderful! Would recommend All Pro Shade Concepts to any of my friends and family!!!

    From start to finish our awning fabric replacement was handled very professionally. ****** and **** did the removal of the old fabric and completed the installation of the new fabric very efficiently. I appreciated their input on how to keep the new awning from deteriorating. Awning looks great.

    This company was the best to deal with - from the timeliness of responding to my inquiry and getting out to my home to explain the options for a drop down patio shade to the cost estimates, to the installation. It was clear from every person we dealt with what to expect and when. The guys on the install team ***** and ******* were super professional and did a fantastic job. They also explained how everything worked and let us know to contact them if anything was unclear or there were any issues. We are very happy with the end result and product we chose!

    All Pro Shades is exactly what their name implies. Very professional. From ***** who came out and explained exactly what I needed (and didn't need) to **** and ****** who came out and installed the shades, this is a first rate, classy company. The shades are high quality and we can really tell the difference on the West Side of our house. Such a relief to not have the sun brutally beating into the house. I highly recommend this company.

    We absolutely love our drop down shade! When it started making strange noises, I called All Pro Shade Concepts. They sent a crew (****** ****** to my house in a matter of days. They immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it. These 2 men were extremely polite and knowledgeable. I was also impressed that they notified me via text when they were on their way to my house. In addition, they thoroughly cleaned my patio when they were finished. I highly recommend this company.

    **** did a great job up front explaining the differences between the shade options and colors and communication was great. **** let me know when he was coming on the day of install, what they were going to do, how long it would take and left no mess to clean up. Our window shades look great and we can feel the heat difference inside the house already. A lot of cheaper than new windows!

    Contracted with All Pro Shade for a large patio shade based on a positive recommendation from a neighbor who had similar work done. ****** responded within 24 hours to schedule time to quote the job. ****** and **** did the installation at the agreed upon time. Very happy with the shade and the sales and installation process. I highly recommend their work.
