    Lifetime Windows are fantastic. The two gentlemen that put my windows in were so kind and courteous and professional. ***** and everyone I dealt with were so amazing. My windows look great! I recommend Lifetime Windows and Doors To anyone in need of new windows. I have already recommended them to several people.

    I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. We received their information from the home and garden show. We scheduled to have them come out and provide a quote on a bathroom remodel and new doors. We were promised $0 down, 0% interest, and 0 payments for 24 months, and its available for all of our home improvement services (which is currently being advertised on their website). We were approved for financing and after our project was complete, we started receiving statements that payments were due. We filed a complaint with Lifetime Windows and Doors and they refused to help (typical "not my problem" response). We spoke with the finance company and they claimed that this offer was not available. We requested a review of our loan and it was closed out without any resolution or communication (zero calls or emails to discuss details). In the meantime, our credit has been affected because this account is currently being reported as delinquent. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not fall victim to their lies.

    The product (****** Windows) is wonderful. My double hung windows are easy to open, easy to clean and look beautiful. And the outdoor sounds are significantly reduced as well as neutralizing changes in the outside temperture. The two young men who installed the windows were so very competent, detail oriented and respectful. I hold them in the the highest regard for their attention to detail and their knowledge of what the installation needed.

    I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are overpriced, extremely unprofessional and the installation process is ridiculous.
