      We had copper state, come out and install a new front window. Prior to them arriving our door shut properly and had a crack through 2/3 of the door.. we called them as they were close to our office. After the glass door was repaired our door with no longer shut. We called the company back to resolve the issue and out of frustration. The owner put their knee through the glass shattering the door. And then left.. accused hey large company of not wanting to pay. Phone calls in cameras captured everything and at no point did our company refuse to pay? We just wanted a door that worked properly prior to their installation to work after their installation. ************** have been notified. Based on the owners response, even the police think he's done this before.Update : we had a another company come out and assess the door. Copperstate cut the glass too short and then try to hodgepodge the door with super glue to fix an improper install.
