  Stay away from Prime Auto Glass!! When I was getting my windshield replaced in January I did look here on BBB before scheduling and no complaints. It was a woman owned Business and was one of the choices with my car insurance company so I choose them. The Owner Anestecia was very nice, professional and accomodating. I scheduled my install for a Saturday 10-2p time frame. The installer showed up just past 2pm and spoke little english. He finished the Install and i requested a copy of the work that was done, after some communication issues, he sent it to my email address.I later noticed that the headliner was loose on both sides of the top of the windshield that was not like that before. I sent pictures to *********. She searched on line and found an article on ****** saying it was caused by Extreme Heat and the glue melted. I have owned this ***** for 7 years so far and had another exact ***** prior to it for 10 years and have never had this issue. N26Or with any other vehicle I've owned in my 26 years living in ********There was also a **** left on the passenger seat from something that he placed on it, I took a picure of that as well (at the same time as the other picture) and never received a response.I called my insurance company, they started a Warranty Claim and ********* denied all wrong doing (she never came out to look at my concerns, just denied them).I had the windshield replaced again because there was a defect in the center of the glass.At that time, the Safelite Auto Glass Installer showed me how the headliner was cut when the previous installer was removing the windshield. There was also a lot of black adheasive all around the windshield, sloppy as well.DO NOT USE PRIME AUTO GLASS, she starts out nice but it doesn't end well. I wish I would have had time to post this prior to save the other gentleman the Headache.

  I would definitely not recommend anyone use this company, I would steer clear. Horrible experience all around. First off the install was scheduled to be done between 9-1, and the tech didnt show up until 1:30 so he was already in a hurry, I could tell he didnt want to be in the heat on a saturday. The installers never took off my windshield wipers and cowling and used shims to bend it back which bend and damaged the cowling. Because they never took the cowling off they didnt put sealant on the bottom of windshield so when i drove it you can clearly hear the outside from the bottom of the windshield. Also when done you can see sealant inside the car on the side of the windshield and they also dropped some black sealant on my driveway which caused a big mess and stain. They got sealant smudges all over the car inside when they were getting in and out and didnt properly clean up after themselves. Called back and they want me to wait around for another 4 hr window to have the tech look at it and take for a test drive to determine the issue, which i had already told them the issue. I was not going to wait for 4 hrs just to have them try and say it was something else. they actually tried telling me it was noise from the blue tape used at the TOP of the windshield to hold it! The installers did not speak much english at all, and to top it off when they were done he asked for payment, i handed my credit card and he says "Cash only"! I told them they should let people know in advance that the only payment method was cash, as many people are holding hundreds in cash without knowing in advance! They also were not going to provide me with a receipt for the payment, to which i complained and they were finally able to provide an emailed copy. Stay clear of this place unless you want to have a major headache!

  I wouldn't recommend this company I had them come out and replace my windshield and the technician broke a piece of my door and tried to hide it then went and took a picture of it and claimed that it was damaged before he started the windshield not only that they left trash laying all over the carport and the picture they sent me is proof had the metadata removed from it shady I wouldn't recommend this company
