We pay for 400+ mb service. Triad, for months, have under delivered. In their SLA, they have guaranteed that they would not go under on their service. Yet, as stated previously, we have received under half that, sometimes even less or equal to 5 MB service. Especially over the past two weeks, the internet quality has been terrible. They have not fixed this issue, even with over 5+ calls trying to address this issue. Why am I paying for high quality service and receiving poor service?

Triad Wireless claims to provide high speed internet service here in the Buckeye area that does not have access to traditional internet companys. The company is collecting large sums of money from customers in this area for this service but is unable to provide consistent service. Attempts to contact the company regarding outages is met with an answering service where calls are not returned and no notice or explanation about service interruptions are ever given. The company is quick to accept payment for services they cant satisfactorily provide and to upgrade customers to faster service which they also cant provide. If you can get in contact with someone and request a credit on your account for lost service the answer is they do not provide refunds or credit? The usual response is there are issues with your equipment. Apparently they dont realize we are not all ignorant to how the internet works and all have the service and call each other to confirm outages and issues before calling them. My internet has been unstable for nearly a week with not one day of consistent internet service, much less an hour of consistent service, yet not one communication from the company regarding the issue, and I guarantee they will not offer a credit or refund for these substandard service days. My son lost a job as a result of this lack of service. I see they have an F rating on BBB and that the company never responds to these complaints? If you check other review services you will find similar ratings and yet they continue to defraud customers? At a minimum, my desired resolution to this is to have the company begin an ethical process in which they track their failed services, notify customers of these outages and provide credits to their customers for lost service. I personally feel this is getting to the point of a complaint to the ******* ************************ which will be my next step. Collections of money for services which are not rendered is fraud!
