    I placed this order (G536766) on 11.29.2024 & have not received it yet received anything. This recent notification from your store references another order number (G552399) that includes only a shaker bottle. I expect the complete order of: Shaker Bottle Instantized Creatine Caramel Vanilla Go Packs - 60 Qty Additionally, as a good faith effort for my inconvenience, ship 2 Qty of 30 servings of Instantized Creatine. Otherwise, I will contact my bank to initiate a fraud claim that merchant Gains in Bulk failed to fulfill my order that I paid for in advance. I have all of the receipt and payment information to support my claim. I expect this matter to be completely resolved by 5PM Pacific Time, January 10, 2025. Gains sent several email messages that my order was shipped thus tying up my payment funds for a couple of months before issuing a partial refund. Unsavory & dishonest service.

Unfortunately, we encountered a major unexpected delay with our manufacturing partner, but we want to assure you that your order will ship as soon as the product is available. At this time, we do expect these to ship in the next 2-3 weeks. You will be among the very first to receive them once they arrive from our manufacturer.


    To express our deepest apologies for your experience, we are sending you two (2) 30-serving bags of Instantized Creatine and a special gift box. We hope these items demonstrate how much we value you as a customer. Additionally, we have already refunded your order in full.

    On Saturday 11/29/24 at around 11:43am an order was placed for a sample size of an order for $8. For some reason I was charged an additional $61 for another order. This is probably due to misleading and borderline scam tactic where they have you press a button to “add” an additional order without having to go through the whole “checkout” process. Be aware of this. I messaged them exactly 11 minutes afterwards with no response and also send a few texts within a few minutes of the order being placed as well as the following day with no response. They decided to ship the order anyways without reading my inquiries as to why they’re charging me $69 for a sample order

    I signed up to get a “free” one month supply of creatine. After receiving my creatine, I went to my account to make sure there was no subscription open, which there was. I cancelled the subscription around a month ago(today’s date: November 22, 2024). I got a charge on my account for $42.10 two days ago for a subscription charge. I the. Went to my account and the subscription was still active. When I tried to cancel again, I was prompted with some sort of notice, but it was hidden behind the button to cancel or pause the subscription. It seems as though they are trying to make it difficult to cancel subscriptions, as I have read many others have had this problem.

    They are advertising a 30 day supply then you pay for it and when it comes you get 7 day supply

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 20754297, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
