    Gerald Woodruff initiated our homeowner's policy in June, 2022, when we purchased our new home. Within days we were getting "nonpayment" notices. He said it was a systems issue. The policy had been paid through escrow at closing. Later, we added solar to the property. I notified him and approved a policy change, but never heard back from him that the policy was updated. In February, 2024, we changed insurance on a secondary property to Farmers as well. **** needed to extend liability from the primary policy to the secondary home and instead changed the primary policy to a secondary one. He has been difficult to get a hold of in the past and is now completely incommunicado. My primary policy is being terminated because of his error. Calling corporate and my agent for the secondary has not resolved the issue despite hours on the phone and trying to transfer agents on the primary policy. This is a colossal mess and he is not available to fix it. I'm so angry!
