      We want this company to come get their dumpster. We have called 3 times since we have had the dumpster (ordered on 7/22/2024). Each time we call for the company go come get the dumpster, we are told someone will be here within a day or 2 to get it but no one ever shows up. Its like they dont want their dumpster back but I was told if we have it for 4 weeks without activity we would be charged for non-use. We have had it for about 5 weeks now. I dont want to be charged again!

      Best Pick's routinely one to three days late on emptying my dumpster. This week they're a week late. My dumpster's been completely full of horse manure and there's hundreds of flies which is unbearable. I have nowhere to put additional manure. We called them daily and were told they'd come "tomorrow" which never happened. Then yesterday I was told they're coming this Wednesday which will be 7 days late if they actually do come. I was also told "too bad". The clerk was very rude to me and said "You're not the only one!!" (who's waiting for pick up). There's no manager on site. I was told the manager would call me which never happened.

      We pay Best Pick Disposal by Bill *** from our Bank AZ one ************ monthly. We have been paying this way for years. The bank sends an Electronic payment directly to Best Pick Disposal. Best pick is saying they did not receive our Feb. 24 payment from the bank. The bank took the payment from our account and sent us proof that the electronic payment was rec'd by Best pick Disposal. BPD refuses to acknowledge that our payment was sent. The bank says they can't get an electronic payment back.

      Good Morning, 
      This issue was resolved. Customer went through a third part bill pay and we did not receive payment on a timely manner. The third party was contacted, Money was then applied into our bank account and reflected on customer's account. We even offered customer a half account credit for the inconvenience all of this created.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********.

      It isn't what happened, but we are at their mercy as we need our garbage for our household picked up. 

      I've paid double in order to get the pickup service going again, it wasn't the "third party" that sent the payment.  Our bank told me that the business must have put the original payment in the wrong account.  I did get a 1/2 credit after i called an additional time as they hadn't picked up our garbage for several weeks. 

      Not much I can do unless we want to change services and there's not many options here. I changed from having my bank make an direct electronic payment to having the best pick service do an automatic payment.  That way they can't say it didn't happen.

      Best Pick Disposal placed a large, unsightly Garbage Dumpster on my property approximately 3 1/2 weeks ago. I did not pay for it nor lease it. They put it under a APS ELECTRICAL TRANSFORMER POLE, which is not authorized as nothing can be inhibiting that APS EGRESS, it is sticking out onto the roadway (has to be setback 25 from the center line). Three neighbors almost hit it and swerved to avoid a head on collision. My property was surveyed by a Land Surveyor, they also informed me the dumpster cannot be be placed on my property, on the easement. APS informed me it cannot be placed there, The *********************** office called me and informed me THAT IS MY PROPERTY and it is not a *********** to put it and must be removed from the roadway. The ************************* Town Inspector was sent to my home as COMPLAINTS were filed against me as to the dangerously inhibiting placement of the dumpster that is ON MY PROPERTY that I DO NOT OWN OR LEASE from BPD. I was informed by the Inspector ****************** that it must be removed immediately or I will be SUMMONED and FINED. I have asked BPD via phone and EMAIL over ************************************************************************************************************** creating a dangerous condition.

      May 0f 2022, This trash company had a trash truck fire in their company truck on my property..They dumped the entire contents of the truck on my parking lot to save their truck and damaged my parking lot causing the need for re sealing the aspahlt...They admitted responsibilty on the scene...I have called and emailed multiple times, and they refuse to give me their insurance carriers name or reimburse us for the damages
