    The ************************************ (HCNH) , a 501C3 organization, needed to replace their old short-range analog hand-held radios with new long-range digital radios for staff during the busy youth nature education camp seasons.On 8/15/22- HCNH check in the amount of $3,212.64 was paid to the owner/operator, *************************, of The Radio Guy, LLC for 10 new Kenwood handheld radios, 10 stubby antennas and a 6 unit battery charger. The check cleared shortly after.2023- There was about a dozen undocumented calls and personal visits to ******* from HCNH staff requesting updates on the order status. Below are some of ******** excuses that were later found completely false through Kenwood USA: The ordered antennas were the wrong ones-There was a fire in the chip factory-They had to re-design the chargers due to them catching fire- The radios are stuck on a ship outside of **********- The radios are now stuck in a warehouse in ********** because of a computer system crash- I had to reorder the radios in February because ******* lost the order.HCNH contacted ******* *** to see if they had any information on our order and they said due to The Radio Guy's (*********) unethical business practices they have "blacklisted" him from placing any orders. ******* USA said that we are not the only victim as of ******* has done this before and that is why they stopped doing business with him and that our order was never excepted.
