    Anderson Asphalt contracted us to pour a slab for the *****************************. This was on a strict time frame, in which we tore the slab out as well as replaced the entire driveway. We finished the job sent them their invoice and were told we would be paid as soon as they were paid by Central. We then waited for 60 days and called several times to get an update final after many many many excuses we were told they would meet us at the bank with the check. Which they did not show up. We then contacted Central they were told we had the check we just would not cash it. We have filed with the ************ and their license has been revoked. Please do not do business with them as they have done with multiple people. THEY DO NOT HAVE A VALID LICENSE.

    Contracted with Anderson to overlay Calais Ln, a road in our community & also do a small job on Friendly Meadow. A check in the amount of $27,945.28 was written and given to Anderson on May 8, 2022. This was a 50% down payment and required by them to start the work. They completed the work on Friendly Meadow timely and stated they would do Calais ASAP. They subsequently notified us that work would start 7/13. They were a no-show & rescheduled for 7/19. Again a no-show, they rescheduled for the following week and then did not show telling us the trucks were ticketed by **** & in the shop. The next start date was canceled due a problem with the asphalt plant and *** Anderson being in the hospital. We called ******* Anderson on 8/5 to get an update. She responded that they had planned to start 8/4 but got a call from ********************* our road ************ canceled. This was a lie and the number they gave us as having made the request was disconnected. the next promised start date was 9/13-15 which did not happen. Finial start date was 9/30. Now ************* refuse to respond to phone calls or texts. We are requesting a refund of $23,273.72 for the work they have not completed

    On 6/10/2022 Anderson Asphalt came to our company to bid a asphalt paving job for our new parking lot.We received the Bid of $44,712.50 to pave approx ****** Sq Ft 3" thick.They required $26,827.50 down payment to schedule the work.They came and picked up the down payment check and cashed it on 6/13/2022.We were told they would be here on 6/20/2022 to complete the work.They never showed up and never called saying they were having to reschedule.I called them on 6-20-2022 and they have just given excuse after excuse as to why they cant complete the work.It is now 9/14/2022 and they still have not done anything to remedy this situation.We requested a refund as we had to have another company do the job and we were told the check had been mailed 2 different times with nothing showing up.Then we were told they were hand delivering a check and we were told they brought the check to our facility and they could not find any one to give it to.We have offered to work this out with them and they said they were on the way and never showed up to the meeting.We believe they never intended to do the work as they had lost there business license 3 days prior to taking our check and cashing it within 2 hours of picking it up.
