      They have not responded to numerous voicemails I have left concerning service for my email account. I have been unable to send emails since November 2023.

      Horrible service. The internet was down more than it worked. This company and now "vume" never answer their phone. I finally canceled service via support email. They didn't send an exit confirmation. They did say "have a nice life". So rude and unprofessional. Di not sign up wirh this business.

      I had been a customer of ********************** for 8 years. I came home from vacation on November 7th, left on October 24th, and had no internet service upon arriving home, so not sure when it shut down. I tried calling Speedconnect, you couldn't talk to anyone or leave a message, so I sent an email. I received a response email stating I would be contacted in the order the email was received, not to send another email as it wouldn't make a difference. During the 3-weeks I had no service (and I work out of my house and had to buy a mobile device and put data on it in order to work) I sent two more emails, one stating I was officially canceling my service with Speedconnect and another stating I wanted them to come pick up their equipment. Each email had a response from them saying they would get back to me. I have never been contacted. I finally had to get service with a new company in the area in order to keep working. Then I started receiving emails stating VuMe was now managing Speedconnect and a ph# and email in which to "pay my bill". I tried calling the number, again, no one picks up, however, you can leave a message. I left a message requesting to be contacted, but no one from VuMe ever called me either. Now I am getting emails saying my account is delinquent. And no one has bothered to pick up the equipment.

      Have not had Internet Service since 10/24/23.Cannot contact anyone by phone, email or text or on ********* I'm receiving emails to pay my bill thru their portal. I'm not paying until I hear from them or have service again. I've read on BBB that they are out of business. Why would they still be requesting payment? Are they scamming people?***********************************************, **

      SpeedConnect is billing us an incorrect amount. We cant reach them by phone and they dont respond to our emails. They are reading our data usage way above our actual usage.

      Really? Now they are no longer answering the phones? What kind of business continues to take your money and stops providing any customer service? We've had ****************** for 7 years now and are dumping them... if you call their 866 number for a month now it continues to state they are not open even though it's 1 pm on a Tuesday. We've dumped this terrible company and are now with Starlink. BOO to Speed Connect. STAY AWAY!
