    Date of transaction in April 1 2023 Everything has been told wrong to ** and the mishandling of everything is beyond unprofessional. My husband drove there 1 week later in April 8 and asked to speak with the office manager. He spoke with ******** explained all the things we were told wrong on. He even said originally no on the blood test. The blood test that they said was so important results were to be given to ** later that day. Never given. He asked ******** for the money back on the blood work. She agreed. She has been nice trying to work everything out. I thought the next week the refund would be on my Discover card. I called Discover Card they said there was no refund. My husband called ******** back saying there was not a credit on our charge card. She said corporate was sending a check. Every week for 4 weeks my husband has called and each time we are told we should get it be the end of the week. Now it's been over 4 weeks. I think we have waited long enough! ******** has been nice and I know she's at the mercy or corporate but this is beyond ridiculous! So I am filing with you and we will also open a dispute with Discover Card. I will close this when we are paid like we were promised . Amount $311.93
