    I purchased a used car from Truck U owner *************************************** over a year ago and had nothing but problems since day one. I had contacted him telling him of all the problems I kept having and the high cost of repairing this car. *************************************** then proceeded to offer to pick up my car and have it towed to his place of business and have it diagnosed and either fix it or replace it. After he received information from his mechanic that he had tow my car to his property that the car needed a turbo replaced and the oil feed line and quoted a $2,500 to repair I spoke with him and he stated he was going to replace my car with something else and I was to wait a week and give him time to find me something. After one week I called him and to my amazement I discovered he had blocked my phone number and blocked me on his personal FB account and his FB marketplace account that he had been selling cars on. He had his mechanic ************************* communicate with me and I was told that if I wanted my car returned I owed him over $500 for towing fee's and diagnostic fees and storage fee's. I was told a lean would be put on my car if I didn't pay this amount. He was trying to take my car through fraudulent means and I was shocked. I had all my text messages and recorded phone records showing the evidence that this was all a lie and he had offered to pick up my car and diagnose it and repair or replace it at no cost to me. He had already received the $10,000 for the car when I purchased it. I called the police and was told it was a civil matter and they couldn't hold my car and I could pick it up. And I instructed my insurance company to do just that but I had to cover the costs. I also spoke with this man's son who use to work with him and they no longer have a relationship and I was told that he had been instructed to replace the turbo before I even purchased the car and I hadn't been told this information when I purchased the car, He had also lied to me about this.
