      I received a banger that cracked as soon as I put it in my rig. I sent an email and this is the response: Re: Your Jvapes Order Confirmation (#. 31) Hey there,Unfortunately we only do replacements on glass if it came broken.This is only a $15 banger so I would think it is on the fragile side.I apologize for the inconvenience.***** ****** Jvapes So you make terrible products so scare me

      I saw the bad reviews and still ordered through them. 4 days in, the vape I ordered had a huge crack in it.

      I have shopped at jvapes since it opened, its now 2023. I have bought numerous non working vapes from very expensive to cheap. The last expensive vape i bought was nearly $100, it had nothing but problems from the start, i took it in and was told they arent doing anything about it, so i switched to disposables. Today i took in a nok charging vape for a switch. An employee took the new vape to the back, several minutes just to see if it charges with an attitude, came back and said he saw it charging with his own eyes. I drove home to find out it does not charge. First off minutes to plug in a vape in the back is suspect. I believe i was given the same vape i returned and the new one was kept by staff. 2 in a row? After an employee stated during my wait he sees maybe 1 in 70 that do not charge. I will no longer shop at jvapes and will make sure other people i know do the very same. Poor business practice especially when you spent your life going to war for the country that provides the owner the ability to live a good life.
