    Be aware & stay away!!! We had our garage floors done about 2 years ago. The top coat in the corner of the floor started bubbling. I called and had ******* the person is dealt with to come out. He stated that about 2 dozen customers had the same problem and said they would fix it. Months went by and nothing from them. I finally got ahold of someone named *** who is the owner, I explained the situation and he said he was aware of it and he had taken back over of the company because of this serious issues many customers were having and he was working with the suppliers of the clear top coat to get compensation for the defective product. Months went by and still nothing so I called and called finally getting ahold of **** he was extremely rude and swearing at me telling me it was not his problem and there was nothing he was going to do about it. I had since tried to call to follow up with them to repair the floor and no one ever answered the phone.Finally the end of 2022 in Nov. I received a call from *** saying that the legal case against the supplier of the clear top coating had been resolved and he was following up with the effected customers to check on the correct addresses to be able to have the cost of the floor refunded only. He stated that they would not "fix" the floor saying it was too expensive and he would be out of business if he did. The checks would be sent out in the March 2023 time frame. Well following suite March came and went with no check. I have called multiple times over the next couple of months and only get an answering machine stating he couldn't come to the phone. His message on the phone and on his website states they stand behind their quality work and only provide very professional service.It is now Jan **** and still cannot get the floor fixed, cannot contact the vendor. I keep reading there are now dozens of complaints against this fraud on multiple websites including the BBB. Don't fall for his false advertising as he is a fraud.

    Had them put in a floor six years ago to a three car garage. Was in a hurry to ************** while moving in. *** had limited colors to choose from so I accepted his color (which was probably overstock from another job). It took about a year for the apoxy to start to crack in the seams. That was a minor problem. Now this year 2023 My car which is moved every day was moved and the tire pulled approximately 4x2 patch up off the floor. I have tried to call Classic for two weeks with receiving an answering machine with *** stating hes on the floor or the mailbox is full I also tried email with no luck . Sorry to say one star is to much !
