  Rating an overall 1.0 for excellence service by technician ******* (would rate a 5), but a -5 for price gouging by the company! Was charged $383 for ******* to replace a $15 A/C part that took a total of 20 minutes from the time he pulled up, to the time he left.After ******* left, I called the company and spoke with ***, asked for a breakdown for the charges and was told it consisted for a $129 trip and diagnostic (which is a little high, but i get it), and $254 to replace the part. I shared with *** that it took ******* longer to walk to his service truck to find a capacitor than it did to unplug the old one and plug the new one in (maybe 5 minutes combined), and the parts cost is around $15. I asked *** if he thought that was high and he said, "well thats what we charge". I asked to speak to a manager or ownership and he said they would give me a call back. I did not hear back, so followed up 2 days later and spoke to *** again. He said he did speak with management and reiterated that that is what they charge.I get these companies provide an expertise and service that I was unable to provide, and I am comfortable paying for that service. However, I am not comfortable being fleeced (definition: to take someone's money dishonestly, by charging too much money or by cheating them).

  ********** and his crew Franscico, *******, **********, ***********'re amazing, very professional and nice, **** made sure we were updated throughout the whole process, they were clean and tidy. Just amazing and they went above and beyond. Thank you so much .

  A very large amount of work (included installing new furnace, air conditioner, tankless water heater, and other work) completed quickly, efficiently, and painlessly. A pleasant experience. ********************* service, every member of the crew were informative, skilled and friendly. I highly recommend this service.

  Oh what can I say about the crew that came to my home to change ** from gas to electric. The were professional and courtesy. They cleaned up their mess the entire time they were here. I would highly recommend them

  I was very impressed of the quality of all jobs ***** and his team (******,****,*******,)did at my house.Not only they were very professional but were also careful and kept doors closed to keep my doggies from running outside in the road traffic.They were very meticulous in all tasks and at the end cleaned up well after themselves.I also noticed there were no damages to my furniture , doors and other things.***** did some adjustments to the ** grill which didnt fit ,sealed it well and also attached an extra pipe to the condensation pipe .I am impressed how all were able to do such good jobs in a small spaced and crowded dwelling.They were all such amazing good workers,and I feel fortunate and grateful to have had them do ********************.Keep up the good work guys ,you are the best workers I ever had !

  Kudos to ***********************, President * ***** Witsol, Superintendent for their Glendale Team of ***********************, ****, *******, ***************************. We Truly Appreciate All their hard work replacing our AC unit. Which took all day from 7am til 6pm ish. They are all very professional in their trade. I definitely would recommend them to others in need. We only had 1 Hiccup with having a 12 inch vent nailed to our baseboard, when we needed a 10 inch vent. Hopefully in the near future that will get done. sincerely LJS

  **** and his crew have been nothing short of amazing, from the first steps of measuring everything in my home to the day my AC was replaced!! Everything was done in a timely manner, especially with 4 kids and 2 with health problems I couldnt be happier!! They were all professional and very kind!! From now on they will be the only company we will go through and recommend. Thank you again to everyone who was part of the job!!!
