  Just to let everyone knowI had a fantastic experience with Zebra Scapes Landscaping All went very smoothly..Only a bit of a delay on the arrival time, but not basing my experience on the delay, the only thing I suggest is to give the customer heads up..if there is a delay..********* was the to go guy , very pleasant, and knows his business..Had the pleasure to meet , **** and the crewwho removed a tree and grind the hump that was damaging, the sewer water line with roots growing ..I would not hesitate to use them again

  Zebrascapes management has no clue how to measure, order or build a Pergola patio cover. I sign a contract in April 2024 and expected the ******* in 4 to 6 weeks. I started calling in mid May but did not receive a return call, so I walked into their office on ************ for a status update. No one in the office had a clue about my patio project. A few days later, the owners nephew called and wanted to meet. At this meeting he told me my Pergola had never been ordered. I should have asked for my money back that day. But I went along with submitting a second order. When it finally arrived, the project manager had ordered the wrong size, forgot to include concrete footings or electrical in the plans. I refused the order and management took the Pergola back. I bought a used *** from them, paid cash for it with the caveat it was cleaned before delivery and to fix the broken tiles. Management promised many times to fix the tiles and clean it. None of these promises were fulfilled. So I finally had them take BBQ back, too. As of today I have not received a ***************** was unable to locate a replacement Pergola patio. Again I should have requested my money back. Now they will not refund any of my money because I asked them to replace their dead plants, fix the electric and solar lights they broke and rebuild a drain filled with debris.Another problem surfaced when I noticed they installed my patio pavers incorrectly. They used the wrong type of sand to fill in between the pavers and never sprayed the sealer to finish the ****** of today Zebrascapes management refuses to refund all my $32k paid for all these services and projects. They refuse to replace the dead plants and repair the broken light fixtures or clean out the clogged drain. I would never hire them again because they have poor customer service skills, force their clients to suffer when they refuse to refund their money.

  Unfortunately this review is not true or accurate. It saddens me that a person would defame a company with lies. Thankfully the truth always comes out in the end.

  Dear Ms. ************** you for your feedback. At ZebraScapes, our goal is to provide exemplary service and ensure the satisfaction of all our customers.We have thoroughly reviewed your concerns regarding the pergola, plants, drain, and reimbursement, and have taken the following steps to address them:A reimbursement check for the full amount of the work that was not completed was sent via certified mail on Monday, November 25, 2024.We attempted to deliver the check to you personally on two separate occasions, but you refused the check. During these attempts, our manager requested to inspect your backyard to assess the drain issue, which you declined. We have also emailed you several times stating we would be happy to clear the drain.The pergola was ordered and installed in your backyard. However, you expressed dissatisfaction with its appearance and requested its removal, which we promptly carried out. At that time, you also asked for reimbursement and requested that we not continue the project as we were unable to find the exact pergola you desired.We did not install or plant any plants, and therefore, we are not obligated to purchase and replant new plants.We believe we have taken all necessary actions to address your concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution.
