      I dropped off a package for ******** at the *** store, the employee (manager)!refused to give me a receipt claiming that the emails I sent to the store were the recipe of me dropping the package off, at the time, I thought that she was right since I never had to email a label to *** before then she placed the package in a cabinet behind the counter and when I asked her why she did that she said that **** picks up ********s packages. Now the package is showing as never being delivered to ******** or even being scanned at the *** store. ******** is charging me $395.00uds for the device. I called the ********************** and when I mentioned to the woman that maybe she forgot to send the package cause she put it in the cabinet she gave me the same **** story, *** does not use ****. Im at a loss since she never gave me a receipt I can only hope that *** headquarters can handle this matter and I will be refunded by ******** . I know printers have memory cards and I hope BBB can investigate what kind of fraud is being done in this store. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my complaint. I appreciate any help you can give me in this matter. Sincerely *************************.
