    Review of Prescott Honda:We bought our car from them and we had to have some brake work done. They said it was fixed and we took it, it wasn't so we took it back. Little did I know, incomplete repairs would be the pattern going forward.Two weeks ago I had my car towed in and had two full pumps replaced for $1750. Then I took the car home and the next day the same issues. Had it towed to them again, now they replaced the fuel module. Now I get my car back and it smells like gas. ***** doesn't dissipate and I check under the car and my tank is saturated with gas and leaking. I take the car down to Prescott Honda. They day the only mechanic that worked on my car is sick and he'll possibly be back Thursday. It's Tuesday, so I'm supposed to either be stranded or drive a vehicle presenting a safety issue you caused and you're not going to offer a second vehicle or anything. My tank didnt leak until they had it. Now they're denying it was leaking when they gave it to us. But yet they didn't mention a catastrophic leak when we brought it ***** short, they expect me to have a third tow back to thier place (on me) and to pay for thier mistake out of my own pocket.

    We have the customer towing in the vehicle on 2-26-2025, we have a loaner vehicle set up to accommodate the customer. We need to diagnose the condition and the vehicle to see what is happening on the 10 year old vehicle. This is not the original complaint, which was a no start condition that the customer had an extended warranty pay the bill and the tow bill. The only cost was the customers deductible and time which is very important to everyone. I spoke with the husband and requested to have the vehicle towed so we can diagnose and see what is happening. If it is related then yes we will take care of it, if a new concern which needs to be diagnosed then we will address with the extended warranty company for repair authorization.We are doing everything we can to work with the customer and figure out what is going on with the vehicle. We have not denied repairs or diagnosis. Spoke with customers multiple times on 2-25-2025 to get vehicle here since they had stated the issue has been going on for 20 days and is just letting us know about it now.

    Once the vehicle arrives we will address the concern and go from there. Nothing has been denied to repair this vehicle.

    There are two false claims. They are not offering a loaner vehicle, I called and spoke with a service manager. That is false, they are only offering a tow. There is no one to fix my vehicle the tech is sick, so I'm going to be stranded because of thier actions. We didn't wait 20 days to tell them about the leak. That is also false. 

    When we call we aren't allowed to speak to the general manager. They won't return our calls. We get the same service manager over and over who they aren't communicating these things too. Because no one has offered us a second vehicle.

    My 2021 Totyota Rav 4 I bought in March 2024 was misdiagnosed May 2024 after breaking down on me at the gas station. I naively trusted as I should be able to, I was charged for over half of the work. The car broke down immediately again less than two weeks after, that's when I learned the first time was wrong. It does not matter if the first work was done and it ended up fixed. I deserve a refund for the part I stupidly paid, it was my 3rd car payment on a new car I had to miss because of them ripping me off. I had to get a loan to make the car payment because they took every ***** I had. They need to take responsibility for their own mistakes and make it right instead of dismissing how they used a customer.

    When she had issue last time we covered half of the cost for $600.00 2nd time we did not charge her any we covered it !00% I think we are being more than fair

    No, I do not agree that it is fair.  Regardless of whether $500 of the first service was paid by you, I was still WRONGFULLY charged the other part. Its not my fault the car mechanic diagnosed it wrong, thats flat out taking advantage of customers. The second time being covered has nothing to do with it. Youre fixing your own mistakes. Take some responsibility and show some care for your customers **********************.

    Purchased a used 2021 Audi Q7 the end of October 2023 with gap n an extended warranty. 4.5 months later *****, in Finance texted me n said the extended warranty was only approved for 2years not 3. Did I want to cancel or continue it. I miss understood n said cancel it. Our conversation was on Mar 1,2024. On March 11,2024 he sent in the cancellation. On March 23, 2024 I asked him not to cancel n reinstate. Continually getting the run around 6 weeks later still no refund no reinstatement and I'm paying interest on that money through the finance company. I have had nothing but misinformation about it and just want Honda Care to reimburse my finance company. I want no more dealings with that dealership!!

    Honda failed to execute an agreement in a timely manner and now it has affected me.

    Honda has stated that they have sent a letter to the creditor to remove the negative remark. I will have to wait to see if this action occurs within the next ***** days. I will follow up with honda after that time has lapsed if the creditor fails to remove.
