    Dishonest business practices. Refused to accept responsibility for faulty chrome rack sold online. 1st one that came with the bike when we got it broke. We bought the exact one to replace and it broke in the exact same place within 3 months of purchase. Spoke to ***************************, sent pictures of broken rack and damage done to bike as result of 2nd faulty rack. Told him bike with rack was carport-kept. He referenced rust on the rack and blamed humidity for the problem. Its a vehicle part. Its meant for outdoor use. He refused to offer any assistance with the faulty product sold by his company, and referred me to the importer, Scooter Works.
