    Prior to retaining the Core Structural Group, ***** ****** said he would work with my licensed ***** to get some as built masonry permitted. After he took my payment; however, he refused to work with my licensed ***** and ghosted he and I. All he does is says refer to my structural engineer plans then ghosts you. Like most home owners, engineers plans are Impossible to interpret unless you are a licensed contractor, you dont even know what they are saying. This leaves the owner again at the mercy of the contractors interpretation of his report and the home owner isnt the wiser. ***** ****** is great at taking your money, bad at customer service, or interpreting his plans. Excellent at ghosting you!!!
