      Shouldn't a business have to have their fees posted or at least verbally disclosed prior to doing the work and charging the customer????That certainly didn't happen to us.We had two transactions that Footework helped us with. No complaints there.But we had NO IDEA that we would be charged $38/transaction!!!$76!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Of course the work had already been done!What was there to say!!!CRIMINAL.

      We are sorry there was a misunderstanding with one of our customers who went away feeling that they did not receive the exceptional customer ********************** we strive to provide every day. At FooteWork, fees are displayed using a document holder at each desk as well as our team members review the overall cost of the transaction prior to work beginning.
