      Gave away my ******* money deposit to the sellers even though the appraisal came back as bad and the property was not habitable.

      This was a complicated cancellation dispute which took much deliberation. The parties were made aware that the purchase contract "Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") and "Exclusions from ADR" provisions provide for mediation, arbitration or court proceedings in the event of continuing dispute between them.

      Worst service I have ever had from a title agency and its far from my first rodeo. I was assigned the ********************* team at yavapai title and the experience was horrible. ************** would request documents from me but was impossible to get a hold of and always seems to be out of office. We asked to split closing costs which they instructed us what boxes to check for that. They assured me everything was split down the middle and of course that was also wrong. The seller and I were both so fed up we settled it by him writing me a check for the difference cause neither of us could believe the unprofessionalism in that office. Then come to find out they ne er sent the correct documents to my insurance company after I gave forwarded the insurance quote. So I had to pay $285 more for insurance because the rates went up because they never locked in the rate by sending documents. Totally disgusted with the ********************* team. They are the worst team I have ever used.

      Please accept our sincere apologies. We know that communication is important to a smooth closing. When auditing your escrow we found the fees were split in accordance with your written instructions. Insurance is an area that is outside of our duty. Your insurance provider takes direction from you as the insured to secure your coverage. You will need to look to them for the explanation of the premiums.
