    ************ is horrible. They loose your mail and packages and they have no accountability. The lost mail has the correct address and tracking information has confirmed delivery and they claim and state it's the incorrect address.This is our mail and packages so I don't understand how they are not responsible. It's a postal service and federal regulations must govern this company. Myself along with many consumers in ********** have had very bad verbal communication with the owners who will scream at you and verbally attack you when you inquire about lost mail.Please search ********** Chatter on fb and you will see all the posts from consumers that are struggling to get their mail.This business is a branch of some sort of the **** and requires to be investigated. Not sure how they were able to create this business as mail is federal? We have paid our money, upfront too boot, for a service we are not receiving.Anything you can do to assist me in getting my mail and packages or refund would be appreciated.Thank you,*********************
