    I went online to make a reservation for an axe throwing event. They only allow you to make a reservation by providing a credit card. They charged my account immediately. Within the hour we had to cancel. I called the establishment and was told my credit card would be credited the amount. After 3 days the charges were not reversed. I called back and was told a manager would have to reverse the charges manually. I called back a 3rd time after no call back and was told I could not get a refund. I was told it was their policy, however, this was not shown during the process of making the reservation on the website.

    Company offers a rope course and you have to pay extra to do a drop at the end. I paid for my kids to that but when it came time for them to do it. I employee was present so they could not do it. I wasnt worried but I wanted my money back. They refused to issue a refund of 27 dollars, the amount I payed.

    We are looking up his  transaction and will be able to refund him his $27 for his quick flight if this all checks out.
