    I was recommended to this shop to receive an estimate for my insurance company. I dropped my vehicle off and received the quote within a few days. I was then told I could leave the vehicle on the property after advising I can collect it if it is in the way. I never signed any paperwork on the vehicle, and am now trying to regain my vehicle that I still rightfully own. The business fails to recognize there are no documents signed by myself regarding the vehicle and is holding it until I pay the $7,000 in storage fees I was never made aware of. Again, I attempted to get the vehicle if it was in the way, but they advised it was fine sitting in the back of their vacant lot.I am now in the process of trying to get my vehicle back without paying their fees. I have never been to a shop that did not require a signed document stating when fees would be incurred, and thought in good faith the vehicle would be allowed to be remove from the lot at any time without hastle. This has now turned into a months-long ordeal and they have now removed parts of the vehicle that had nothing to do with any of the repairs needed.
