    ***** Pest Control (client for over 20 years) sold pest control business in July 2022 to Bug Police. I had ***** Pest Control on auto-pay so $75 fee was paid 19-Jul-2022. Business was sold approx. 15-Jul-22 however customers were not made aware until approx. 26-Jul-2022 when I received a notice via mail. My first service with Bug Police was scheduled for 06-Aug-22 between 12 and 2 pm. At 12:23 pm on 06-AUg I received a **** from **** with Bug Police he was 14 mins away from my home. I immediately advised to ensure using ****** maps. At 1:06 pm I **** and called **** for an update as well as contacted the office. At 1:23 pm **** **** noting he was 12 mins away and I responded No Thank you- I then contacted the office to advise of cxl service and requested refund. **** showed up, never got out of vehicle nd I **** that I was not going to be using their service. He said he could come out Sunday or Monday, I r/s for Sunday and said I would give final try, he agreed to 9 am. Hours later office called to advise they do not work Sunday, I cxl and requested refund and call from owner/manager Monday. Have called Bug Police at least once daily since Monday and continue to be told the owner will call me the following morning. Nobody has returned my call and I would like the money back as I did not have service I pre-paid for. **** the tech also entered into system he sprayed my home and when I **** him saying I had video from surveillance that he never got out of truck he apologized and said he corrected. I have never received correction notice and have email saying he prayed and what chemicals he used- he did not spray nor get out of his truck. I have messages, email, surveillance video and call logs as well as documentation my check was cashed.
