On October 31, 2022, Carder Development LLC entered into a Consent Order and Order to Cease and Desist with the Arizona Department of Real Estate. The Consent Order and Order to Cease and Desist settles allegations that the business split parcels of previously surveyed land, which is in violation of the Arizona subdivisions law. Under the terms of the Consent Order and Order to Cease and Desist, Carder Development LLC was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $1,000. It is further ordered that Carder Development LLC must cease and desist from selling, offering, advertising, facilitating, counseling, advising, directing, negotiation, assisting or attempting to sell parcels/lots with the Rancho Apache subdivision.
