    About to become 4th official BBB complaint closed by this roofer in 3 years. $30k new roof, problems with 1st rain. Warranty patches done half assed and same spot is leaking 4 years in a row. *** will wait months to respond to warranty calls and then declare out of warranty . He goes on to add here for you if new jobStay away, rotten from the top

    My roof leak was expedited and repaired within a few days. ***************************** (owner) checked my roof leak and explained what caused it and what needed to be done to fix it. One of his crews came out a few days after and fixed it perfectly. They were professional and respectful.

    Wish we had been able to do our research before hiring *** Sargent, owner of Best All Around Roofing. We purchased a house a couple of years ago which required a number of immediate fixes, the roof among them. Our realtor referred us to ***. He replaced the roof and we thought all was well. We recently had to address an issue with an area of rotting fascia board. We got estimates from two roofers who both examined the whole roof to make sure everything else was okay. Both identified that there was no flashing around the chimney - no flashing, only caulking. Both said that the area of rot (which we couldn't see because it was hidden by tree foliage - a worker saw it and reported it to us) had been going on for some time and should have been taken care of at the time the roof was done. We attempted to reach *** but could only leave a message. He never returned the call. We saw this as a complaint in several reviews recently, as well as his refusal to honor warrantied work. Not sure how he has an A+ rating on BBB. He clearly has had complaints that are noted on BBB. I would steer clear of this company, for sure.
