    Mercury Solar sold us a Generac generator. We paid upfront as they were backlogged in June of 2021. The Generator was delivered in March of 2022. Mercury ******* tried to change the agreed on price claiming inflation on the service/install aspect. . After months of haggling on when the install would start it finally started in June of 2022. The electricians came and did their part however disjointed and the plumber did theirs with an approved inspection. No such inspection occurred for the electrical I called *********** and they said it requires an inspection. Mercury stalled and said he was working with *********** and he wasnt when I called them. I had to get my landscaper to replace the pavers as I had an open hole for 6 months and I deducted the cost from what I owed him. After 6 months. Mercury, with his third electrical company, they finally connected the unit and the install failed inspection three times. Finally in March of 2023, almost a year from receiving the generator, it was installed and running. The ***FI had to be ordered and Mercury signed the contract for payment given and committed in writing that he would return to install the WIFi He wont return my calls which was an on going issue during the whole process. Hes non responsive and I filed a complaint with Generac last year and its still open. Hes not responding to them either. I understand from his last electrical company that hes having similar issues with other customers. I would not recommend anyone do business as hes non responsive and not ethical and he has no good contractor relationships. This was the worst contractor experience Ive had in my life.
