  This towing *** towed my car that was in an accident . with out my **ncent.My insurance *** sent a tow *** to tow my car. and my car wasn't there.I had to called the sheriff office to see where my car was so my ins.*** **uld tow my car... **************** gave me the secure towing number. I called them and the person ****** would not release my car to my ins *** and would not allow me to get my personal property out of my car.They NEVER called me to tell me they towed my car.. They took my car without my permission. She called the sheriff's office and told them that I had no insurance nd that they were going to tow my. I don't know why the sheriff's office would have let her when they did have all my ins. info. I have FULL **verage on my car.3 days later my ins. tow *** went to secure towing and met my daughter there to get my car and she was screaming and not allowing my daughter to get my personal belongings out of the car. The ins. tow ** told my daughter she **uld get our stuff out of the car. This rude obnoxious person also notified MVD that my car was an a banded vehicle. I received a notice from MVD So this also is a fraudulent lie from this person.This towing *** I was told by other towing *** that they can do what ever they want.. NO they are going against the law.

  To whom it may concern. By ******* state law. Personal property is only released to the registered owner of the vehicle, by providing a valid vehicle registration along with a valid **************** I.D.. Because the owner of the car claimed we stoled her vehicle. The ************** was contacted by our company. The vehicle was involved in a accident in which the ************** responded and the vehicle was ordered by ************** to be towed to our tow yard. As a *********** we do not know if a car has insurance on it. We tow all vehicles order by the ************** regardless of insurance coverage. We did not tell the sheriff's **** this vehicle had no insurance. Our *********** is not required to notify customers their car has been towed when it has been ordered towed by a ************** ******* state law requires us to file an Abandoned Title request with the state once it has been in our possession in excess of 10 days. I spoke with our gal  which she states to me she never screamed at this customer??
