    I had a very negative experience with this company. ***** asked for a 50% down payment - once we paid the $750 he stopped communicating with us. I had to repeatedly reach out to check on the status of the job. After weeks of chasing him for information he admitted he could not find the parts and that he could not do the job as we had originally planned. He offered an alternative but at that point I lost all confidence that he would follow through. He left the job incomplete and agreed to provide a small refund of what we paid him. And now after reaching out to him a couple of times for the refund I still have not heard back. We hired him because he had great reviews on this app. Its unfortunate- I have never given anyone a bad review.
