    I hired Northern Arizona Pump October 2022 to install a new well pump that unexpectedly died because of an electrical event. They were great as far as getting my water back on and the pump replaced as quickly as possible. We deferred the electrical fix - they wired a temporary exterior line. And here is where things started to go south. Their assessment of how to redo the electrical wiring was hurried and involved the only option of digging an exterior trench, hence the reason they couldn't complete on the same two days. They kept pushing the completion back then winter rolled around and ground too frozen to dig. Then spring rolls around and they are short staffed. No water calls are too many. Then it will be in 3 weeks. Then it will be in another 3 weeks. Then the guy will come out to evaluate another option for the electrical wiring; he does but then no scheduling of the work. Always 3-4 weeks out not matter what, stringing me right along. This meant having to contract someone else to finish THEIR job. This is a local business. I'm local and was loyal but those values no longer matter.
