  Wonder Restoration team was repairing drywall and stained the carpet. We allowed Wonder Restoration to try and clean the damaged carpet but stains did not lift. Stains remain on the carpet. Wonder Restoration is non-accepting replacement of carpet due to their team damaging carpet. this carpet was installed a few weeks prior to the repair of the drywall. Wonder Restoration is the only company that worked in this bedroom to repair the drywall no other contractors entered the house. Wonder Restoration is refusing to take accountability for the damaged carpet, even though they were the only company doing work in the bedroom where they damage the carpet.

  To Whom It May Concern,

  
  Mr. and Mrs. Shingler have raised a complaint alleging that their carpet
  was stained during the course of our construction work.

  
  We initially advised Mr. and Mrs. Shingler against installing carpets,
  as we would be working in the area. Despite this advice, they proceeded to
  install the carpets, stating they had no other option.
  In response, we covered the carpets with plastic sheeting and drop
  cloths prior to commencing work. After the completion of our work, Mr. and Mrs.
  Shingler reported staining on their carpets. Upon investigation, we determined
  that the staining was not our responsibility.

  
  The carpet exhibits a line across part of it that appears to be a result
  of a factory pylon cut or the installation of the padding underneath. We
  attempted multiple stain removal methods and cleaned the area thoroughly using
  a carpet cleaner. When I left the residence, there was no transfer of paint or
  any other substances on the carpet. The work completed involved drywall work
  and painting, both done with white materials, and there was no evidence of
  material transfer.

  
  Therefore, we believe that the complaint is unwarranted and may be an
  attempt to avoid payment for the completed work.

  Hi, 

   

  Your email isn't a resolution request. It's a notice stating that we should adjust our invoice or else you will give us a bad review. 

   

  That looks like a strong arm to me.

  this is not a strong arm tactic. These are items on your invoice that were not done by your team as far as any plumbing, electrical, etc., The items not done from your invoice were given to Anaysse with Wonder Restoration 

  we requested Raul the owner compare our items with his items done so everyone is on the same page. This is full transparency, which I am having a hard time processing why Wonder Restoration is not complying with the copy of our contract against the actual work was done. This is absolutely ridiculous. It’s a simple request. Compare yours with ours and let’s get this paid!
