    The boat we rented was falsely advertised for many reasons:1. It did not have the same amount of shade that was advertised in the pictures in the ad - we basically had a boat that was 80% uncovered in 108 degree weather. This lead to severe sunburns for many of the people on the boat that day 2. The speakers in the ad were not on the boat, but rather a karaoke speaker plugged into a generator that did NOT work. We had music for only 1hr out of the 6 hour trip. When I provided this feedback i was told the generator didn't work due to user error, however our entire party on the boat witnessed the captain use the generator correctly. 3. The ladder to get in/out of the water was not properly secured to the boat. The ladder fell off numerous times & even cut people's hands 4. The ladder to get to the top deck of the boat (where the captain ******* is not secured well. Each time you take a step on this ladder it would wobble 5. On the day of our reservation we didn't even get on the boat till 10am, our reservation started at 9am - this was due to the shuttle services being 30min late & the boat captain being an hour late. The owner did offer a minuscule reimbursement - we didn't feel that amount was enough to compensate for our dissatisfaction so we respectfully declined. He also offered a discounted boat in the future, which was also declined, as we do not care to use their services again.
