I bought a lift second-hand for a 07 6.0 Powerstroke, unfortunately, got scammed a bit on the lift as I believe there is a module missing. I've been attempting to speak with the company for quite a while, but the website is shut down, and they do not pick up calls or answer emails. I just need some help or clarification if maybe they went out of business, or they are moving locations, or something along them lines to help get around this issue. I ordered a part for my 1988 firebird and was told 30 to 60 days for delivery.Three days later they sent me a different style part that they said would work.but it won't !Now they don"t even return my calls or texts.Iwant the part I ordered! Ordered a product from them. Lead time for product to ship has more than doubled. They sent me an email with other customer copied in it, after privately speaking with some of those customers we are all having the same issue. Told ***** days lead, some of us are at 90 days and none of us can get a response from anyone with the company. We have all tried to call, txt and email.Initial Complaint

Ordered parts for my truck on January 21 2024. I've been emailing and calling about my parts . I've asked for a refund many times now . customer service just keeps giving me the run around. No one calls me back like they said they would . It's been a year now and I haven't received anything yet .Business Response

Thanks for bring this to my attention. After researching this, here is what I found.
The order took an extended time due to equipment issues here at the plant. I understand the frustration on this and in no way am trying to avoid the responsibility of making this right by refunding your payment. However, when I went to do that, I discovered that because the request for refund was over 6 mos. after the date the payment was made, I am unable to process the refund through our payment processing company, *************.
The refund will need to be handled outside of the payment processor. Today, I sent a text and email to you explaining this and requesting account information and his preference to receive funds through ****** or ACH. Upon receipt of this information, I will transfer the full amount back to you to resolve this issue.
I regret this to have happened and offer my sincere apologies for the frustrations that this has caused.
I will come back here after sending the funds and provide verification at that time.

I purchased items from their website on Oct 14th based on speaking with them and pictures from the listing. The products I received were not as pictured and not what I expected to receive. I spoke with them and a return was started. I was told I the 20% restocking fee would be waived and they provided a return label. They received the return on November 27th. I have yet to receive my full refund. I have contacted them through email on Dec 5th and was told there accounting department is a bit behind. Still have not received a refund. Spoke with someone who said they would talk to their boss. Still no refund. Spoke to the representative today that had helped with the initial return and was told they would look into it and call me back. Received no call back mor a refund. The person I spoke with also made a comment that it shouldnt take this long. This is becoming very frustrating. I am still having to make payments on product I dont even have anymore. So i made my purchase within 2 months ago i actually made it in june for a 3 inch drop tortion key ive called twice and both times theyve told me they were out and they were waiting on another shipment so i ley it go but both times they told me to waitan other month so its been 2 months and still no product or anyone calling me back to tell me whats going on my truck has been sitting colevting rust for 2 months now waiting on this product and im considering a refund and to have a machine shop just meke me a set of custom ones because itd be better than waiting 2 months on a part i paid over 100 bucks for.Business Response

I ordered a suspension system for my car on 06/06/2023. It was paid for at the time of order in the amount of $1634.79. I heard nothing from them, did not even send me a reciept. I called them in July, date unknow, and was told i would have it in 2-3 weeks. Still did not send me an invoice even though I corrected my email address. Called again in August and was told it would be a couple more weeks. Called on 09/20/2023 and was told they'd never done this particular build but would have it in 2 **** weeks. Corrected my email address yet again and finally got an invoice. It is now 11/20/2023, 2 MONTHS after the last assurance of 2**** weeks. I tried to call them today, but got phone company messages that both the 800 number and the cell number on the website were no longer available. I have mobility issues and this was to support my vehicle so that I could carry my mobility scooter. I have given them nearly 6 months to get this kit ready but they can't seem to be bothered with it, or maybe they've gone out of business due to unfulfilled orders and lack of customer service.Business Response

I've contacted them over and over they answered twice since I've paid for my product and it's was supposedly shipped last week and I can't get in touch with no one there I stayed on the phone for hours all this week.
