    Great Abate did a restoration project on my older home (built in 1957) when the furnished basement was flooded by a failed washer on the toilet. The project was complicated since the complete basement (about 500 sq. ft.) was carpeted (including the bath). There were floor to ceiling book shelves containing twenty years of reading (580+ books), several pieces of furniture and two beautiful cabinets. ********************* (owner) and employees removed the furniture, tore up the carpeting, removed the subflooring (asbestos) And cut the dry wall two feet above the floor all with minimal disruption to my daily routine. They packed all of my books in new, heavy duty boxes (14) and firmly sealed the boxes with heavy packing tape. They were highly competent and professional at all times while on my property. All of my questions were fully answered and explained. They left the work area very clean. I would highly recommend Great Abate and ********************* for their competency , professionalism and candor. I had no problems while they worked with me on my property.***************************, **
