    ********** is a company that delivers packages to religious-based missionaries in South America. We transacted with ********** on November 17th, 2023, to send a package to our missionary. They responded with the information we needed to provide, and we sent the package for our missionary to their location. ********** was supposed to deliver the package to the mission home, but it never arrived. We have texted, emailed, and left multiple voicemails without a response and are asking for them to communicate with us and the mission home for solutions.

    We have already fixed this issue, for it was a misunderstanding because the package was at the mission office the entire time and one of the missionaries misread the package which made them believe that they didn't receive the package. We have been in contact with the customer ********************* and he is informed about the problem being resolved.
