    ***************** art on his website I linked. It's adult content and I've had a horrible time trying to get in touch with him. I placed an order on July 19th, 2022. The orders normally take 2 business days to ship out. I initially emailed Robaato on 8/7/2022 to check the status of this order. Which its Order#BE4YW. He didn't respond. I then reached out to the distributor he uses and they responded back with me on 8/12/2022. They informed me they could not help address the issue and I needed to go through him. This day I also disputed the first charge with Discover. They are investigating it. I uploaded my proof to their website. I then placed a second order which is Order#SAUOM. This order has not shipped out after another 7 days. I've reached out to *** on 2 different emails, I managed to get his number from the discover charge and I've also reached out to him on instagram regarding these orders. I love to collect his artwork however my two orders are stuck in processing and I cannot get any help with this on his side. I've done everything I can think of, I've contacted him through email 2x, instagram 1x, text message 1x, and placed the order twice. I added one extra item to the second order to show the difference in said orders and charges. However at the end of the day this has been a painful and horrible experience. I'm not the only person who has issues with *** fulfilling orders or his customer support being poor. I've watched him be active on social media the past week and there has been 0 effort on his side to help resolve my issue. Yet he had no issue taking my money when I placed the order. My biggest complaint is this is not a pre order. These items are available for purchase right now and you cant get any support when the order submits and youre charged, but the items arent shipping out and stuck in processing.
