    I moved into a new build in the Heartland Community in 2020. There was a tree planted in front of my home which seemed to always be sickly and eventually died in 2023. I was asked to remove that tree and replace it at my own personal cost. I have been repeatedly fined by the *** while trying to remedy this issue. During a meeting with an *** representative, I was told not to plant the type of tree that was previously there because it was found that it does not survive in the type of soil that was installed in my property by the builder. I do not feel that I am responsible for the death of the tree as this tree was doomed to fail due to the soil installed by the builder. I would like all subsequent *** fines removed as a result.

    I have attached documentation where Ms. **** was notified that she did not have to replace her tree and she would need to remove tree ring, cap the irrigation bubbler and replace with sod.   We will contact Ms. **** to follow up.  The $175 in fines have been removed from her account.

    I have recently moved to a new home. CCMC manages the ***************. CCMC sends letters for dues, but no information regarding how to pay dues. CCMCs letter are not even an invoice, simply a statement to pay money, again without any way to do so. CCMC has a resident portal: *************************** where one can view their account. This portal does not have any ability actually pay dues, only to set up autopay. I tried to set up autopay, CCMC makes it start several months in the future. In the meantime, I don't have any clue as to how to pay dues, and am getting delinquency letters weekly, with increasing fees. I have called ************ and no one ever answers the phone. I have emailed, *************************** and still get no help on paying these ***************. I call the *** office and they direct me to ***************************. Again no help. This is maddening, just take my money, and quit sending me late notices, my checking account is already linked to your resident portal!
