I signed up for this insurance in 2020 when I was taking a trip. I never received a letter, email or call about my benefits. I canceled (I thought) ************* in 2021. I noticed 54.95$ was had still been deducted from my checking account for the next 3 years. I have never received an account statement, updates on coverage, cost changes, benefits, insurance cardnothing! So I assumed the terms were over. I tried again to cancel this random charge and complain about this experience and was gaslit and told it was my fault. **** ***** took no accountability, apology or help to resolve the matter. Do not fall for this scam!!! VBA- Value Benefits of America and **** ***** rely on you to forget you have this obscure membership and will not help you in anyway either with the benefits or canceling the payments. I have had accidents and never even knew that I had this insurance because they dont send you any proof that you do!

After reviewing your account and speaking with the agents office who enrolled you in the plan, ******** ******, we found no record of a cancellation request being submitted to either her office or ours prior to your initial call on March 15, 2025.

Following your enrollment, two emails were sent with details about your plan. Within two business days, we also mailed a letter to the address provided during enrollment. This letter included further plan details, contact information for both our office and your agent, an explanation of how billing works, and instructions on how to cancel the plan if desired. An additional fulfillment packet with more detailed information was sent by mail shortly after.

Your monthly billing would have appeared on your bank statement, and each transaction includes our toll-free number should you need assistance. Since no cancellation request was received before your call on March 15, your plan remained active from the time of enrollment.

As of now, we have canceled your plan and issued refunds for the April and May billing periods. If you wish to speak with your enrolling agent directly, ******** ************** can be reached at ************.

We want to clarify that we are not a scam. Multiple communications were sent with our contact information, and you were welcome to reach out to either our office or your agent at any time for help or clarification. The statements you have made are inaccurate, and we respectfully request that they be removed.
