    Were really impressed with the quality of this steam shower, it works great as both a daily shower and a full steam experience. Its easily the best upgrade weve made to our bathroom. Our contractor handled the install and everything went smoothly. The bathroom has never looked better.Also, working with Maya Bath was a great experience. Their customer service was responsive and helpful from start to finish, and its clear they stand behind their products. This is a company that truly knows what theyre doing when it comes to luxury steam showers. Highly recommend.

    Weve had the Platinum Superior Steam Shower for a few months now, and its honestly one of the best purchases weve made for our home. The build quality feels really solid, and the design is modern and sleek, it instantly elevated the look of our bathroom.The steam function is powerful and heats up quickly, and the built-in features like the body jets, foot massager, and rainfall shower make every use feel like a spa day. We also love the Bluetooth and lightingits surprisingly relaxing to listen to music while unwinding in there.Installation was straightforward (we had a contractor do it), and Maya Bath provided a detailed manual and video that made the process smooth. Overall, this steam shower has completely transformed our daily routine. Highly recommend!

    I had issues at first with install and parts leaking but customer service not only went above an beyond with their warranty but they were quick to answer needs an concerns to make sure it was working amazing for me. Very comfy shower/bath system

    DISHONEST / DECEITFUL + WORST COMPANY EVER!!! STAY AWAY FROM MAYA BATH!!!Imagine spending around $10K U$D or so for what I thoughtd be the coolest thing in my master bathroom + another $5K in plumbing / electrical / assembly / installation fees = $15K (out the window). Now imagine the key feature as to why we purchased this steam ******* NOT working. Welcome to my world. I purchased their most expensive steam shower jacuzzi with what they call a Digital LCD TV so we assumed there wouldnt be any issues seeing our ******* shows while soaking it up, right? Wrong!I contacted ******* & was told the reason the app is not supported on this TV is solely because this specific monitor is non-compliant. By non-compliant ******* means a fee must be paid by this particular manufacturer for ******* to allow its content to viewed or played on this device. In other words, content is being purposely blocked by ******* due to non-payment of said fee. Thats what the tvq-pb-101 (1.10.5005) error message means.Worse thing is same problem w/ Hulu & other apps weve tried. WHO AT MAYA BATH APPROVED THIS BAD EXCUSE OF A MONITOR??? Its supposed to be a smart monitor. Its supposed to play content. Its neither nor. Ive requested numerous times for monitor to be replaced for a CERTIFIED monitor that actually plays content.For a $15K investment on whats supposed to be Mayas flagship unit, I would expect a CERTIFIED monitor that could actually play content. Now an over-priced jacuzzi sits without any use to us whatsoever. Havent used it since first day of install. So yes, were extremely disappointed with these results. & to make matters worse, theyve flat out refused & have ignored my e-mail requesting monitor replacement. Will be seeking an attorney to review my case for what I believe is clearly false advertisement on Mayas behalf. I feel totally DUPED / SCAMMED by Maya Bath. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST / DECEITFUL COMPANY!

    Good company to work with. They helped me with installation instructions and troubleshooting for the Valencia model. Been using it a few times since and it has been performing nicely. Good people to work with.

    Bought a steam shower off of Houzz from Maya Bath and very satisfied with the purchase. The buying process was very easy and the delivery was a breeze. I hired a professional to do the installation and with the instructions and help from Maya Bath, the install went very smoothly. Overall great experience and the shower has been fantastic since.

    I bought the Maya ***** WG-U697.A wonderful shower. As well as an awesome steam shower ans Jacuzzi which are top-notch. The representative have been extremely helpful as well as their tech-support for questions that I had. Happy with my purchase. **************

    We have the Sienna model and I really do enjoy it! I love the steam component! The bathtub sizes inside for two to be side-by-side are very tight. Just be aware of that. I wish I wouldve known I wouldve gotten a different model.We have had our model 2 years now.
