    Transaction occurred within the last 3 years. We had the company refinish 1 bathtub shower combination and 1 shower. The shower has had a section of the refinishing come off. The company has a 5 year warranty and the situation was told to the company within the last 90 days. We paid $1000 for both the bathtub shower combination and the shower refinishing. The owner called us and said he is very busy and said he could come on a certain day. When told I was working that day and would not be able to be here he said he would check for another day. To date we have not heard back. I have made several calls and left messages but have not heard back. I would like to have the repair fixed. Also on the day he did the refinishing on the shower the discharge tube connected to remove all dust had the fan put on backward so all the dust was blown into the bathroom where the shower was located rather than blowing the dust from the refinishing spray all over the bathroom and the interior of the house. We would like to have the repair done but have not heard back from the company. If the repair is not done we would like a refund for the project
