    DG Customs remodeled my house after we had a flood. Cannot say enough about how great it was to work with **** and ****. Everything was done on time and in budget. Communicated with us all the time to make sure we knew what was going on. Outstanding company to work with. ** ******

    We first met ******************* at a Home Show at ***************** in November 2020. The pandemic was fully underway and we were looking for someone to convert what was then an under-roof outside only access storage area into an inside laundry room. What we wanted entailed demolition, plumbing, electrical, masonry, concrete, and painting sub-contracting. A few days later, his proposal arrived. We deemed it reasonable and signed the contract. At the time, we had no idea that our job was quite small compared to those DG Customs normally would have undertaken. I suppose in hindsight the pandemic had challenged many businesses and our job filled a gap in scheduling.The initial demolition phase commenced in February 2021. **** had cautioned us in advance that obtaining specialty sub-contractors would at times be sporadic. This turned out to be the case with our project as we waited a week or more at times for a specific trade to be available for a task. Through all the delays **** stayed in contact with us every step of the way. Although our project was paused on multiple occasions, we always were appraised of when the next action was anticipated. This communication was tantamount to our satisfaction.The sub-contractors hired by **** were nothing short of excellent. Their attention to detail was exemplary. They worked with us as to not disturb our household unnecessarily.As I suppose is often the case, our job was not without a small surprise or two. In each case, DG Customs worked with sub contractors to minimize cost impacts to us and keep the job moving even if that meant absorbing unanticipated costs themselves. Our job completed in May 2021. It has been nearly a year since then. We are completely satisfied with every aspect of our dealings with ******************* and DG Customs. We can wholeheartedly recommend DG Customs to anyone who requires a General Contractor for most any type or size job.
