      I purchased a roof with a 50 year / 5 Year warranty. Our Roof is leaking and I have been trying to get the company to come and repair as their warranty stated but they refuse to call me back except when they thought I wanted a whole new roof for ******. When I stated I just needed repairs done they hung up and I've not heard back since

      In July/August 2021 after a damaging storm Restoration Builders came to our house about doing the repairs and we signed up with them to do our roof, siding and gutters. The roof was completed the Fall of 2021. After that we didn't hear from anyone until January 2022 saying that we had a new sales manager and our siding will be installed soon. That turned into years later due to their neglect with our account "falling through the cracks" as one sales person told us. Finally January 2024 our siding was replaced followed by the gutters a month or so later. June 2024 a piece of siding fell off and two other pieces on different sides of the house started to buckle. Someone came in July to repair it but a month later the same piece fell off and the others buckled again. I had to leave several messages but someone finally answered and said they were having trouble finding a contractor to do the repair work. Someone finally contacted me to come do the work in November. He said he would reach back out to me the following week when he gets back in state but never did. Thanksgiving came and I got busy with the holidays and decided to wait until the beginning of the year to pursue this again. I've called so many times and different numbers as well as emailing and there is NEVER an answer and no one ever returns my messages. Does this company even exist any more? The cherry on top is the ten foot long, incredibly heavy pallet the siding contractors left behind in our driveway that's been there for a year! Not to mention the nails and debris around our house that we are still finding a year later. I would like the siding to be repaired or replaced and the pallet removed. Remember we started this journey in August 2021 - three and a half years ago!

      This company did not finish the job that they were contracted to do, and so I refused to complete payment (I already paid 50%). Although they admitted to me on the phone that they didn't complete the job they were contracted to do, they swore under oath that they had in order to put a lien on my house. I will repeat, they knowingly lied under oath in order to put a lien on my house to get money for doing work that they did not do. This company is despicable.

SIDING DAMAGED AND COMING LOOSE FROM HIGH WINDS ( TEXTED WITH PHOTOS JUNE 25, 2023-NO REPAIRS TODATE).
