Thank you for the feedback Ms. ****** We left voicemails with you today regarding the issues you are running into. We have tried making payments to the bank account you provided, but your bank is rejecting the payments because the payments are being made to your business entity which you used to sign up with in our system, and the bank reports that your bank account is a personal account not tied to your business entity. The bank has returned the funds to us because of that inconsistency, and rejected bank accounts are deleted from our system to prevent potential issues. We can and will send you your payments, however we need a bank account tied to your business entity to complete the payments. Please reach out to us at the contact information we left in the voicemails and we will help you through this process.Review fromMILTON E

We greatly apologize for the error. In researching the issues you raised in the comment we discovered the lien was inadvertently set up a second time, instead of being removed once the debt amount was satisfied. We are refunding all the over-collected amounts into your account this week. The error was an inadvertent administrative mistake, and we apologize. To address any future lien concerns or questions please direct them to our lien processing team at *****************Review fromJoe R

1 starI uploaded a document that wasn't a screenshot multiple times and to no avail they acted like it wasn't a approved document so then I realized it because I didn't feel like taking another picture but then a little white spot in the background made them complain that it wasn't a picture when I got the document the last time and took a picture again the website said the picture is a screenshot and how is a picture a screenshot so the employee's are the ones denying it because after they were rude to me on the phone and got the response they were looking for it started denying itself after they took it perfectly fine the first time and didn't even complainReview fromAngels K

They tax you for everything when it comes to settlements (paychecks) and they don't reimburse for insurance that you've selected accidently or is not required by your employer, that was selected by mistake. Not worth being affiliated with. Support is inefficient and slow to resolve.OpenForce

Open Force is supposedly a pre employment management business that employs a procedure termed enrollment prior to employment. The enrollment process involves supplying all personal information and agreeing to comply with multiple company policies. After enrollment is complete ****************** (which is separate from OPEN FORCE) is supposed to contact you. I am an independent contractor and I believe that I was misled into believing that a hiring company was going to reach out to me for my services, this never happened. Additionally, I reached out to the supposed contracted company and I was told that they dont utilize independent contractors any longer . So in short I believe OPEN FORCE is collecting personal data from people in a fraudulent manner, under the guise of being the management agency that handles the contracts for companies. I personally think that there is something fishy going on.OpenForce

At Openforce, our mission is to facilitate seamless contract management and payment processing for independent contractors and the companies they partner with. Occasionally, due to the independent nature of these professional relationships, there can be starts to the enrollment and contracting process without completion. It seems the company you were engaging with *** have reconsidered. We genuinely apologize for this experience. Rest assured, your data was securely submitted through our platform and never sold. We would greatly value the opportunity to hear more about your experience and address any lingering concerns. Flat out refusal of pay known to them as settlements, or simply delaying pay by several weeks at a time. If this company serves as the middle man, RUN. Too many illegal practices.OpenForce
