    I called in to see about a quote and to schedule carpet cleaning services with Green ****** Cleaning ( greencarpetcleaning.us) their phone number listed is ************ Saturday October 22nd. When calling in I was quoted $119 for the carpeted rooms I have. I explained each room and there are no stains or anything on this carpet. Simply explained I just needed to have them cleaned because my property manager is requiring it and I need a receipt. I was advised that was no problem at all. Fast forward to Sunday October 30th, the gentleman that came out started stating that it was going to be more than what was advised and started adding additional $35 charges for no reason. I did not want to even bother with arguing as I needed it done and needed to be somewhere. I come back and was unable to get cash out and noticed the expire tags on the plate on the van and thought that is strange. I made a comment about the price and how upset I was about the change in costs from $119 to $224. Huge difference. I spoke with the man on the phone for the company and he said he would check and call back and never did. Stated the extra was for stains which there were none of. I ended up paying $180 and want my $61 back. Also the receipt that was given was ripped off perfectly where a company name would be at....so I called asking for another...and the gentleman sent me one with a different name and phone number. I researched that info and found they are two different companies but the gentleman lied and stated it was for tracking...but two different websites. Upon reviews on this business they had negative reviews for similar about price. Scammers for sure.

    We apologize that our service did not match your expectations. We did clean your carpet at the price quoted onsite on the date the service was done with your authorization. We already discounted the price as a courtesy and supplied an invoice as requested for your property manager which we feel was more than fair. Again when you phoned our office to book your  appointment we gave an estimate to the best of our  ability until the technician is at the property and can  give an exact cost based on the condition and areas to be cleaned.

    I am more than happy to pull the camera footage in the home of what was quoted at the time of service vs what was quoted over the phone. I want my money back
