    This company states that you can return an item for any reason within 30 days. Just submit a request they say.They have no customer service ********************** number. They haven't responded to my FIVE requests for a refund. I have never heard of a company with NO ***************** I guess I will dispute the charge but it's a hassle and I shouldn't have to. Stay away from Pelican phone cases or buy from a different company.

    I purchased a iPhone case from their Amazon page and it showed up in perfect condition. 2 days after attached it to my phone I dropped my phone from chest height and it shattered my rear glass on my phone, even into the camera. Ive submitted 3 ticket requests through their website seeking guidance and I havent received a single email. Worst customer service support ever. Cant believe this company has a deal with the government too.

    We (pelicanphonecases.com) are partners and online resellers of Pelican mobile products. We do not have a store on Amazon. This review is referencing ****** experience with Pelican's customer service... Not anything to do with our online store. We have contacted Pelican to make them aware.

    Read the previous review. Basically my experience. They sent the wrong item, I had to repeatedly contact during the return window which I did and when i shipped it back, and it was received, all further inquiries to my refund were ignored. Contact Pelican to inform them theyre associating with a terrible third party.
