LIMITED WARRANTY
This Spraytect LLC product is warranted against manufacturing
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year.
This warranty begins on the original date of purchase and is
valid only on products purchased and used in the United States.
Spraytect LLC will repair or replace any part found to be defective,
at our option and at no charge to you, during  the warranty period.
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials
and workmanship encountered in the normal operation and use
of  the product in accordance with  the enclosed instructions and
shall not apply to: applications and uses for which this product
was not intended; altered products; accidents, abuse, neglect,
fire, water; and failure to follow operating instructions. There
are no express warranties other than  those described above and
no warranties whether express or implied, including, but not limited
to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose, shall apply after  the express warranty
period stated above, and no other express warranty given by
any person, firm, or corporation with respect to this product
shall be binding upon Spraytect LLC. Spraytect LLC shall not
be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused
by  the use, misuse or inability to use  is product, regardless
of  e legal  theory on which  the claim is based nor shall any
recovery of any kind be greater in amount  than  the purchase
price of  the product. Purchaser assumes all risk and liability for
loss, damage or injury to purchaser and others arising out of  the
use, misuse or inability to use  is product not caused directly by
the negligence of Spraytect LLC. This limited warranty shall not
extend to anyone other  than  the original purchaser of  this product,
is non-transferable and is  the exclusive remedy of  the purchaser.

LIMITATIONS
Implied warranties, including  those of fitness for a particular
purpose and merchantability (an unwritten warranty  that  the
product is fit for ordinary use) are limited to one year from  e
date of purchase. Spraytect LLC will not pay for: any special,
incidental or consequential damages (including any tort actions),
any damages resulting from  the misuse or modification of  the
product, any loss of use or claimed property damage. Damages
are limited to  e purchase price of  e product. Some states do
not allow limitations on implied warranties or  the exclusion of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions
and limitations may not apply to you. Other specific legal rights
may vary from state to state. Spraytect LLC reserves the right to
make changes at any time to the design, specifications, prices, or
discontinue models without notice or obligation.
