      DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE This location in *******, *******, the owners ******** is the most unprofessional owner Ive ever had the displeasure of having to deal with, I brought in my phone for what I thought would be a quick charging port fix paying 150$, and left with a disconnected mother board but didnt find out what was wrong until 2 weeks later after being dragged around driving back and forth with no phone service and paying money to switch SIM cards and everything until eventually I FIGuRED it out not the experts then they gave me a worse phone for a loaner phone without a case that had problems right after I got it and my work relys on my phone so Ive lost lots of money. Its been almost 3 months and nothing done yet my phone is still on ******* and they are trying to charge me for something THEY broke. And the technician they had work on my phone was brand new working alone promised it would be a 30 minute job and 2 hours later he hadnt even started on it went back rushed it and it came out broken. ***** an employee on the phone said a refund was on the table, now they are refusing it. This is unnacceptable and I wont stop until something is done about this. WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!

      This review is for the store in ************** **. This store is not to be trusted. I now know of 4 people who have been bilked their ridiculous 25% restocking fee for selling unauthorized products for OEM products. When they are caught at it and a customer demands a refund, they stick the 25% fee on. Seem to making plenty of money by NOT selling stuff.
